The HPower Group is a BAFTA award-winning privately owned event and venue management company.

In the event management field, we specialise in delivering and selling successful large-scale public events for ourselves and for our clients. The Group creates and manages sporting, military and national commemorative and celebratory events both in the UK and world-wide. We offer a full event service, comprising creative direction, sales and marketing, media and broadcast management, sponsorship and hospitality, production and logistics.

In the venue management field we provide specialist services for equestrian venues. These include feasibility studies, scope, project management, contractor management and venue operation.

We pride ourselves on delivering unique events and venues that break boundaries.

OUR STORY

HPower began life in 1989, with two full-time employees, including its owner Simon Brooks-Ward. Its first clients were in football, sailing and golf (The Ryder Cup) but very quickly the company began taking on equestrian events, which now include London International Horse Show, Royal Windsor Horse Show, and the Longines Hong Kong International Horse Show.

OUR TEAM

The core HPower team comprises 16 people. For every project, we have a wide network of trusted contractors from which we draw to add to the core staff and create a project team that is best suited for each event. This offers us the ability to work very flexibly throughout the year and for any given project. The core team’s skills cover every aspect of event management – from logistics to sports management, to creative to sponsorship management to hospitality to media management. The company ethos is to go beyond the brief and work hard as a team to deliver outstanding events.
