Remembering The Korean War – 70 Years On
As the Event Delivery Partner for The Royal British Legion, HPower Group delivered the structures and logistics for the 70th anniversary of the armistice of the Korean War.
The event took place on Horse Guards Parade and more than 750 invited guests attended including a Member of the Royal Family, War Veterans, their families and descendants and representatives from the South Korean Embassy including the South Korean Ambassador to the UK. In addition, an area of the Parade Ground was open to the public where they could enjoy an expo housing displays from the Navy, Army and Airforce, The Royal British Legion and the South Korean Embassy to the UK.
Lunch was provided for all invited guests and the event was relayed on large screens and a highlights recording was uploaded to YouTube.
HPower appointed and managed all contractors including catering, toilets, broadcast, structures, cleaning, fencing and power.
