The following Terms and Conditions apply to all personnel who apply for or undertake a volunteering role at any H Power Group-owned or -produced event, including Royal Windsor Horse Show and London International Horse Show.
- No smoking on position/duty.
- Consumption of alcohol is not permitted during volunteering duties and you should be fit to conduct yourself in a professional manner.
- The use of recreational drugs is not tolerated.
- Volunteers should not bring other people, friends family etc. on shift.
- Volunteers can only bring additional people to the volunteer campsite with prior arrangement.
- Volunteers must complete two shifts minimum.
- Volunteers must be fit for roles. Any volunteers who are not able to fulfil roles may be asked to leave without reimbursement of expenses.
- All offers of volunteering are subject to passing relevant background checks.
- Any offers of volunteering with H Power are not an offer of work, nor an offer to reimburse costs of attending the event.
- Withdrawal of volunteering will result in cancellation of tickets and complimentary passes.
- Where applicable, to be able to drive a buggy carrying public, a full UK driving licence must be presented before use.
- Volunteers must be at least 18 years at the time of volunteering. The only exception to this would be 16 years old, if on the same shift and position as a parent or guardian.
