Simon is the Chairman of The HPower Group and is responsible for overseeing and directing all the HPower Events. Projects and Events he has worked on include: Royal Windsor Horse Show, The Centenary of Passchendaele, The Third Battle of Ypres, The Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebration, The UK National Commemorative Event marking the Centenary of the Battle of the Somme, Olympia, The London International Horse Show, VE and VJ Day 70th Commemorations (2015), WW1 Commemoration St Symphorien (2014) The Diamond Jubilee Pageant (2012), Windsor Castle Royal Tattoo, TA100 National Pageant, WWII 60th Anniversary Commemorations, Dubai CSI Al Maktoum Memorial Challenge, Armed Forces Muster, 2004 Athens Olympic Games, Jordan Armed Forces Day, Army 2002, Royal Military Tattoo, Royal Tournament, All The Queen’s Horses, Pavarotti International, Queen Mother’s 100th Celebrations. Major General Simon Brooks-Ward’s current post in the Army Reserve is Assistant Chief of the Defence Staff (Reserves & Cadets); he also served in Iraq in 2003.

Jonathan has been part of the HPower Group since 2001. Prior to that he was a director of Earls Court & Olympia Group and Managing Director of Clarion Events (previously P&O Events).

Jonathan is an event industry specialist with extensive expertise in the sales, marketing and management of exhibitions, events and venues particularly in the UK and Asia.

For HPower Jonathan takes an active role in the commercial planning of new projects and he has been involved in the management of Olympia The London International Horse Show, Royal Windsor Horse Show, The Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebration, The Diamond Jubilee Pageant, Windsor Castle Royal Tattoo, Dubai CSI Al Maktoum Memorial Challenge and The Alltech FEI European Jumping and Dressage Championships Windsor.

Adam has worked with HPower since 2010 and joined the board in 2013. Adam is a solicitor, having worked in private practice in London for 25 years, and sits on the boards of a number of companies. At HPower Adam oversees the Group's commercial contractual arrangements and has worked closely on events such as The Diamond Jubilee Pageant, Royal Windsor Horse Show and The Queen's 90th Birthday Celebration.

Jo joined The HPower Group in 2004, and holds the roles of Chief of Staff, and Event Director of both Royal Windsor Horse Show and Longines Hong Kong International Horse Show.

With a background as Director of Marketing and Communications, events Jo has worked on previously include The Platinum Jubilee Celebration, The Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebration, The UK National Commemorative Event for the Centenary of The Battle of the Somme, The Diamond Jubilee Pageant, The WW1 Commemoration at St Symphorien 2014, The London 2012 Olympics, Royal Windsor Horse Show, The London International Horse Show, Euston Park and Rushford Endurance Rides, The Centenary of Passchendaele, The Third Battle of Ypres, The Alltech FEI European Jumping and Dressage Championships, The Windsor Castle Royal Tattoo, The Blenheim Palace Tattoo and Country Fair, The Royal County of Berkshire Show, The Al Maktoum Memorial Challenge Dubai, The London and Los Angeles Contemporary Art Fairs, The London Motor Show, and The Olympia Fine Art and Antiques Fairs.

Penny has worked with The HPower Group for more than 25 years. She is Equestrian Organiser for all of the HPower events. Projects and events she has worked on for HPower and previously include Royal Windsor Horse Show CSI5* / CDI4* / CAI / CEI, The Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebration, The Diamond Jubilee Pageant, FEI European Championships for Jumping & Dressage 2009, National Carriage Driving Championships, Greater London Horse Show, World Driving Championships – Ascot, Westminster and London Horse Show, Pavarotti International CSIO, Olympia, The London International Horse Show CAI-W / CSI5*W / CDI-W, Euston Park Endurance Rides, Centenary of the Battle of the Somme, Celebration of the Horse, USA, All The Queen’s Horses, Las Vegas World Invitational, Dubai Al Maktoum Memorial Challenge CSI5*, Ugar CSI3*W, Jordan Military Day (2006), and The Olympic Games Athens (2004).

Nick is the Operations Director for the HPower Group. He has 25 years of experience in the event industry. His role is to oversee all operational elements of the Group’s events including management and appointment of all contractors whether they be structural, catering or broadcast. In another life Nick is a commentator and broadcaster for many equestrian events in the UK and overseas. HPower events and previous events that Nick has worked on include The Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebrations, The Centenary of Passchendaele, The Third Battle of Ypres, Women at War 100, The UK National Commemorative Event for the Centenary of the Battle of the Somme, The Euston Park Endurance Rides, Royal Windsor Horse Show and Olympia, The London International Horse Show, CLA Game Fair, Start of 2014 Tour de France in Yorkshire and Crufts.

Madeleine joined the company in 2014. Her role is to oversee budget control and management, procurement and operations across all HPower events. Projects she has worked on for HPower and previously include; Destinations – The Travel Show,The Daily Telegraph House & Garden Show, PLASA Harrogate Home & Gift, The London International Horse Show, The Platinum Jubilee Celebration, The Diamond Jubilee Pageant, HMQ90 – The Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebration, The Somme Commemoration, Royal Windsor Horse Show, The Centenary of Passchendaele, The Third Battle of Ypres, Women at War 100, VJ75, Falklands 40 Commemoration and Euston Park Endurance Rides.

Emily joined the HPower Group in 2016 as Finance Manager, overseeing all aspects of the accounts department. She is a qualified accountant with over 10 year’s experience, previously working mainly in accountancy practices. Projects she has worked on thus far include Olympia, The London International Horse Show, Royal Windsor Horse Show, the Iraq Afghan Memorial Commemoration and The Centenary of Passchendaele, The Third Battle of Ypres.

Wiggy joined the HPower team in 2019 with a background in media, social media, publishing, marketing and brand management.  Projects she has worked on include The Platinum Jubilee Celebration, Royal Windsor Horse Show, The 75th Commemoration of D-Day, Euston Park and Rushford Endurance Rides, Royal Windsor Endurance, The London International Horse Show and the 2022 Meeting of the Joint Expeditionary Force at Belvoir Castle.

Sarah joined the HPower Group in 2008. Her role is sponsorship management of all events run by the Group as well as management of VIP Hospitality. Projects and events she has worked on include The Queen's Platinum Jubilee Celebration, Windsor Castle Royal Tattoo, The Alltech World Equestrian Games, Royal Windsor Horse Show, The Alltech FEI European Jumping and Dressage Championships, WW1 Commemoration St Symphorien 2014, The London International Horse Show, The Diamond Jubilee Pageant, The UK National Commemorative Event for the Centenary of the Battle of the Somme and The Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebration, The Centenary of Passchendaele, The Third Battle of Ypres, Euston Park Endurance Rides, VJ 75 Day and Women at War 100. She is an Ambassador for The Tank Museum and is on the Main Committee of The Cavalary and Guards Club.

Stephen has been associated with the HPower Group since 2007 and currently acts as Consultant Sport Director to the company. Over that time, Stephen has previously been involved with the planning and management of CSI5*/CDI4*/CAI/CEI Royal Windsor Horse Show (2006 – 2018); CSI5*W/CDIW Olympia, the London International Horse Show (2006 – 2018); FEI European Championships for Jumping & Dressage 2009, CSI3* Ugar, CSI5* Al Maktoum Challenge 2006, Jordan Military Day 2007 and the WWI commemoration at St Symphorien in Belgium. As well as acting as the Dressage, Jumping & Paralympic Manager at two Olympic & Paralympic Games (London 2012 & Rio 2016), other events and projects on which Stephen has worked include CSI3* Birmingham (Horse of the Year Show (1997 – 2005), CSI 4* Sheffield (2003 – 2005), CSIO5* Abu Dhabi 2016 & 2017 (Middle East NC), CSI5* GCT London 2013 & 2014, D-Day 70, OMA Architects (Equestrian Venue Design – Sport & Leisure), AIMAG 2017 (Equestrian Venue Design & Equestrian Sport Management), Emirates Equestrian Federation (Review of Jumping Structure & Development including review of venues & infrastructure) & Andrews Bowen Ltd (Equestrian facilities provider).

Pam joined the company in 2013. She has a background in design and over 27 years of experience in the event industry. Her main role is to design the content of the shopping and trade stands at the shows and to help develop commercial opportunities in these areas. Projects she has worked on for HPower and previously include: The Stationery Show, The DIY Show, The London International Horse Show, The Platinum Jubilee Celebration, The Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebrations, Royal Windsor Horse Show, D-Day 75 Commemoration and The Centenary of Passchendaele, The Third Battle of Ypres.

Oliver joined HPower as Sponsorship Manager in August 2024 after working in Property in London for more than eight years. His role in sponsorship covers all events run by the Group and he has worked on projects including London International Horse Show, Longines Hong Kong International Horse Show, Royal Windsor Horse Show and Remembrance Sunday at the Cenotaph.

Louise joined the HPower Group in March 2018 as a Finance Executive. Her role is to assist the Finance Manager in the accounts department. She is part AAT qualified with more than 15 years bookkeeping experience working in industry and accountancy practices. Projects she has worked on include Royal Windsor Horse Show, Euston Park Endurance, Olympia, The London International Horse Show, and D-Day 75.

Terry joined the HPower team in November 2024 as Operations Manager, following a 20-year career in the Army. Projects Terry works on include Royal Windsor Horse Show, London International Horse Show, VJ Day and operational delivery for state events. With an enthusiastic equestrian background and a particular interest in polo and racing, Terry was Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Armoured Corps Saddle Club for five years, and has significant experience delivering build and project management of equestrian leisure establishments.

Nicola joined the HPower Group in 2019 as the Entries Assistant for Royal Windsor Horse Show. She is now PA to Simon Brooks-Ward as well as overseeing National entries Royal Windsor and she is Dressage Organiser for Royal Windsor and The London International Horse Show.  Events she has worked on include Royal Windsor Horse Show, The 75th Commemoration of D-Day in Bayeux, France, Euston Park Endurance, The Queen's Platinum Jubilee Celebrations, The London International Horse Show, the Virtual Windsor Series and Olympia Online.

Tanya joined HPower Group in 2009, Her role is Hospitality Sales & Management / Exhibition Sales and Logistics Management. Events and projects Tanya has worked on include Royal Windsor Horse Show, Olympia, The London International Horse Show, The Alltech FEI European Jumping & Dressage Championships, The Windsor Castle Royal Tattoo and The Diamond Jubilee Pageant, The Queen’s 90th Birthday Celebration, Euston Park Endurance, The Centenary of Passchendaele, The Third Battle of Ypres and The 75th National Commemoration of D-Day in Portsmouth.

Jemima joined the HPower team in August 2024 as Communications Manager within the Marketing Department. She has previous experience in digital and social advertising and now works on Royal Windsor Horse Show and London International Horse Show in all aspects of social media, PR and communications.

Amy joined Hpower in March 2023 as an Entries Assistant for Royal Windsor Horse Show 2023. Previously, she worked in luxury car events at Goodwood Festival of Speed as an Events Assistant. She is now Exhibitions Executive for the Shopping Village at London International Horse Show.

George joined HPower in October 2023 as a Marketing Assistant. He studied History at Exeter University and graduated in 2022. From 2016-2022 he played semi-professional cricket for Surrey and Somerset and in the summer of 2023 he worked for Diabetes UK. He is now looking to gain some experience in the sports events world and will be working on projects for London International Horse Show and Royal Windsor Horse Show.

Loreta joined the HPower team in December 2024 as a Marketing Intern, following a career encompassing roles as both a PA in the finance sector and time as an international showjumping groom. As Marketing Executive, projects she works on include London International Horse Show and Royal Windsor Horse Show.
