Jess joined HPower in September 2025 as a Communications Intern before progressing onto her current role in Exhibitions and Sponsorship. Jess graduated from Hartpury University with a degree in Equine Business Management before progressing into the Equestrian industry.

Maddie Nagele joined HPower in June 2026 as a Marketing Intern after attending London International Horse Show and Royal Windsor Horse Show as part of the Marketing department. A graduate from Exeter in 2026 with a First Class BSc in Sport and Exercise Science, Maddie also has a background in horses.
