Our volunteering programme for Royal Windsor Horse Show 2025 is now open!

The Windsor volunteer programme is run by the organiser of the Royal Windsor Horse Show, The HPower Group. All applicants must be at least 18 years of age. We ask our volunteers to help at a number of positions across the Showground; these might be at horse-crossing points, greeting the public, working in the stables area, or stewarding at the Endurance competition, amongst many more. Our volunteers are important to us – they are often the first face that the public sees – and we strive to make their role at the Show as enjoyable for them as possible.
